It was supposed to be Colby and Rory yet fate has a way of making one persons life change in a way no one saw coming. He always had a plan and that was to never get distracted. Colby is finally where he is supposed to be but lately he is feeling well alone. Everybody is happy, in love and having a life of their own. Flying planes has always been his thing but Sage is making him see there could be more and then there’s Ryan. Talk about having friends being there when you need them but Ryan is something much more unexplainable.

It was one night but for a woman like her it meant everything. For years she was told she is not beautiful, worthy of any man and yes the abuse just got worse. Oh she had a great life but the real Ryan is somewhere in there. Only one person has seen her making her think maybe she can really show herself. Colby Brooks is the only one who is there for her but friendship is much important. Or is it? Can she really pretend that her heart doesn’t skip when he’s around or that when it’s just them it feels well perfect? She knows a girl like her will never be Colby and Ryan?

Oh my God Meghan Quinn just teared my heart apart in the first duet of Colby and Ryan. I loved Colby and it pained me at first there was no Rory for him but it takes a unique girl like Ryan to get this silent man to well live. I loved that we see a side of Ryan she hides from everybody even herself yet Colby is the one who breaks her. We see Colby and Sage who has to be just perfect for Colby in a way that well makes him same. Then there’s Ryan who have to say just rocks his world in a way he never expected. Meghan Quinn once again has made cry, laugh and on the edge of suspense until book 2. LOVED IT!!
