Marni Mann just WOW with Brady and Lily. After reading the other Spade brothers and finally seeing Brady get his story this one totally took me by surprise. We see him as the carefree, womanizing and playful Spade yet never really see him well in love. Lily is just the right woman to get him over the edge and finally see what his brothers went through. We see Brady go from funny, sexy, vulnerable with his feelings but mostly love when we see how protective he is towards Lily. Here is a man who has it easy with women yet seeing Lily not fall so easily for Brady was fun. Lily is everything he never expected to enter his life yet in a way they have a connection no one saw coming. Knowing that he can love someone with all he can give just blew me away how far he will go for Lily. Now Lily has issues with the ex-David but man Marni Mann sure got me on the edge of my seat rooting for her to to fight. Seeing what these two go through and still find a way to just be there for each other was beautiful. Love, hope and the ability to fight for what you want is just extraordinary in this book a great hit by Marni Mann.
